2026 Yard Rates & Accepted Materials
Review material requirements before arrival. All loads are inspected, and some materials require a clean-material declaration.

Before arrival
Accepted-Material Rules
- All materials are inspected upon arrival.
- Fill, hydrovac, and wood require a clean-material declaration.
- Clean concrete must be no larger than two feet and contain no fill, rebar, or other materials. Pure clean-concrete chunks larger than two feet in any direction are subject to a $40 / tonne sorting fee.
- Light-rebar concrete must be manageable by crusher and contain no garbage, plastic, or wood.
- Wood must be clean dimensional wood with no garbage or plastics.
- Stumps must be uncontaminated and free of soil and dirt.
- Clean pit run includes uncontaminated screened dirt, sand, and gravel with no organics or debris.
- Waste fill must be uncontaminated, contain no organics or debris, and requires screening.
- Shingles must be source-separated asphalt or fiberglass shingles.
- Clean hydrovac means hydro-excavation material only; no contaminants are tolerated.
